What is RentSpree?
RentSpree is an online rental application and tenant verification platform that streamlines the rental process for both renters and real estate agents.
Renters can fill out applications online, either from an application request from their agent, or directly on RentSpree's site through our listings. Also included in RentSpree's Universal Online Rental Application package are tenant verification reports from TransUnion SmartMove. These reports include a credit report, criminal background check, and eviction history. Renters pay a $30 application fee after attaching these reports to their application.
Renters who apply to multiple properties through RentSpree do not have to fill out multiple applications — their information is saved from the first one they filled out. In addition, the application fee drops to $20 for each subsequent application filled out after the first.
