When you request an application through RentSpree, your applicant will directly receive a link to our Universal Online Rental Application via email.
They will be able to access the application from that link and fill out the application online. Once they complete and submit the application it will be sent back to you along with the screening reports. You will receive an email notification instantly after the application is completed and you will be able to access the application through the email as well as your Agent Dashboard.
