Anyone with a computer and basic knowledge of Photoshop can alter a credit report. While you’d love to trust your applicant, you really can’t. Because of this, our screening reports come directly from TransUnion and are included with every requested application.
However, if your property is listed on our site, you can tell your applicant to apply directly from the listing (not your application request email) and they will be able to submit an application without the screening reports attached. As such, they will not be charged a $30 fee for the reports (we do not recommend this method, but it is possible).
