You can access completed applications either from your email or your dashboard.
From Your Email
When your applicant completes their application, you will immediately receive an email notifying you. You can access the application and tenant verification reports from this email by clicking the blue Access Application for Free button.

After clicking Access Application for Free, you will automatically be directed to your Agent Dashboard where you can access the completed reports.
From Your Dashboard
In addition to the email notification, you can also access completed applications directly from your dashboard. You can see your completed and requested applications in the menu on the left of the screen.
The completed applications will say “Application Completed” in green underneath email address, while applications that are in progress will say “Application Requested” in yellow underneath the applicant’s email.
If you click on an applicant's name, you will be able to review it along with the TransUnion screening reports.
To access the screening reports, click the area where it says This applicant has authorized you to view their credit report Click here to run the credit report now.
From here you'll see icons with an overview of the report results
However, you can view the full detail for each report. To view the full reports, hover over the report and click View Full Report for the report you'd like to view.
