To use RentSpree, you must first create an account. Agents can either create an account from the homepage or the Application Collection page.
From the Homepage
To sign up from the home page, first click Sign Up located in the top righthand corner of your screen.
You will have the option to sign up as either an agent or landlord. Choose what applies to you.
Enter your first/last name, email address and password, and click Sign up as Landlord/Agent. Your password needs to be at least eight characters.
Once you enter all of your information, you will automatically be brought to the terms and agreement page. Read over TransUnion's policies and click Accept.
Once you agree to the terms and conditions, you will be brought to the Agent Dashboard page, where you can begin to screen new applicants. Learn more about screening new applicants here.
From the Application Collection Page
You can sign up from the Application Collection page by clicking Collect Applications Now.
Unlike the homepage, you do not have to indicate that you are an agent or landlord when you sign up from the Application Collection page.
Enter your first/last name, email, and password, and click Sign up as Landlord/Agent. Your password must be at least 8 characters long.
You will be directed to the terms and agreement page. Read over TransUnion's policies and click Accept.
Congratulations, your RentSpree account is good to go! You will be taken to your Agent Dashboard, where you can begin screening new tenants. Learn more about screening applicants here.
