What is RentSpree?
RentSpree is an platform that streamlines the lease application process for real estate agents and other real estate professionals such as landlords and property managers. With it, you can collect rental applications and gain instant access to screening reports for applicants.
When you have an interested applicant for a rental property, you can initiate the application process from your Agent Dashboard Page. There are three methods you can use to collect application packages. When applicants receive a link for the application, they can fill it out and pull their screening reports. Once the application is submitted, you’ll receive a notification email where you can view, print, or save the application and reports. The fee for each application is $30, charged to the applicant*.
*Applicants are charged $30 for the first application. If they fill out additional applications the fee is lowered to $20.
